The Hemisphere Media Group-owned Spanish-language network known for its stable of telenovelas, has just expanded its reach further into Latin America’s biggest nation.
Pasiones, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary in November, is now available on Dish Mexico.
In addition, Pasiones on September 1 launched on Simple TV in Venezuela.
“These launches reflect the high quality and broad appeal of Pasiones’ unique programming,” the Alan Sokol-helmed HMG said on Monday. “Pasiones prides itself on delivering multicultural and critically acclaimed content that appeals to a diverse and broader audience, including younger generations.”
The current programming lineup on Pasiones includes a compelling array of telenovelas, including Turkish productions Esposa Joven and No Sueltes Mi Mano, Brazilian offering Dulce Ambición, Mexican production Lo Imperdonable, and Korean historical dramedy Mr. Queen. On Monday (9/25) is the premiere of Corazón de Madre, a Brazilian drama starring Regina Casé, Adriana Esteves, and Taís Araújo.
